Ashley currently leads Governance and Policy for PATH's Center for Digital and Data Excellence. With fifteen years of research and policy experience working across the global health sector, Ashley brings a behavioral research lens to the field of digital and data governance. Ashley's past projects, which often reside at the intersection of innovation and human rights, includes the US PEPFAR and GINA legislation, the Global Health Technologies Coalition, and the Data Use Partnership in Tanzania. Her current focus areas include promoting data equity in frontier technologies and strengthening the global policy-making practice around the digital transformation of health systems.
